Aluminum extrusion is made hot. 6063 Series tickets are used during production. The billets are heated at 420-520°C, the molds should be heated at 450°C, and the temperature of the profile coming out of the press is above 500°C. The profile coming out of the extrusion is cooled, cold stretching is performed and cut to the desired length. Then, the strength is added to the profiles by applying light treatment. During this process, the profiles are kept at 185°C for 5 hours. Profiles that gain strength go to powder coating line, anodizing line, wood transfer line or mechanical processing line according to customer demand. After the necessary operations are performed, the profiles become ready for shipment.
