Wing Profile: The profile that allows the pleated mesh to move with the wheel accessories fitted to its end parts, compatible with the frame profile. Its special design traps the mesh, ensuring its durability.

27mm Frame Profile

Aluminum extrusion is done at high temperatures. During production, 6063 series billets are used. The billets are heated to 420-520°C, molds are heated to 450°C, and the profile emerging from the press is above 500°C. The profile is cooled, cold-stretched, and cut to the desired length. Then, it undergoes a heat treatment process at 185°C for 5 hours to gain strength. After gaining strength, profiles are sent to the powder coating, anodizing, wood transfer, or mechanical processing lines according to customer requests. After the necessary processes, profiles are ready for shipment.

The frame profile: With a depth of 27 mm and a front width of 39 mm, it provides a robust appearance. We can say it is the main profile of the pleated fly screen. It forms the skeleton of the pleated fly screen by joining the corner brackets.

Pleated Fly Screen

Pleated fly screen: It is specially produced to be used in all doors and windows, especially in areas with high traffic. It can be used in various types of windows and doors. It provides practical use with its mesh made of high-quality materials. It allows the desired amount of air and light to pass through and prevents insects from entering the indoor areas.

It is preferred due to its durability and ease of use. Additionally, it can be designed as single or double, and various color options are available. The pleated fly screen, which provides effective protection against insects while allowing natural ventilation, is an ideal choice for homes, offices, and other living spaces.

Hair Wicking

Used to close the special void in the magnet part of the frame profiles in standard door and window screens. While it doesn't have a significant feature, it provides a nice aesthetic appearance and somewhat prevents dust and dirt buildup in the screen.

Magnet

Flat and triangular magnets; for the system to work properly in dimensions above a certain standard, some modifications are made. An important detail is the double system used in larger sizes, which provides easier use with double-sided panels. Magnets are used in the junction of two panels. It ensures the system works by fitting into the special channel of the panel profile. The choice between flat and triangular magnets is essential, as triangular magnets play a role in correcting minor errors during production that could prevent the system from functioning.

Eyelet

A metal, specially coated eyelet capsule used in pleated screens and curtain products where the thread passes through. This product can be applied using punching and riveting molds in a press or automatic machines. It is made of sheet material and coated with aluminum.

Cap Head Screw

Cap head production screw; used to fix the net attached to the strip to the frame profile. Its most important feature is its wide head, which prevents tearing of the net and provides strong resistance.
